This economic machine is developed by Shinyi according to the market requirement,combining ear welding & wire handle inserting,which can save some space.The whole machine uses mechanical cam conveying,coating penetration in ear welding position,making the welding spots even and not easy to break through. It also has the eliminating black smoke system to clear the black slags after ear welding. The forming of the wire handle is flat U shape hook & fold inside to make the wire handle not easy to come out and not pierce through pail body by squeezing. This machine can be added ear inside spray function,and be perfectly connected with the automatic production line for pails.
