Since its establishment, Shinyi company has been committed to the construction of independent innovation capacity of enterprises, constantly absorb high-end talents in the industry, and organize core technical personnel to visit and study in Europe, America and other industrial developed regions. The research and development team consists of some core personnel from technical research department, electrical department, after-sales service department and production department. There are 13 team members, including 4 with college degree or above and 2 with bachelor degree or above. In recent years, our company has invested 15%-20% of its main revenue as research and development fund every year, which is dedicated for special use. New researched and developed products have been successively launched and serve various customer groups in the industry.
