Product Introduction

This machine is combined ear welding & wire handle inserting,which can save some space. With advanced flexible control system,it makes the synchronous performance better, production more stable. The whole machine uses mechanical cam conveying, servo for push-up can, brand new advanced welding electrical control technology in ear welding position, making the welding spots even and not easy to break through with mechanical coating penetration. It also has the eliminating black smoke system to clear the black slags after ear welding. The forming of the wire handle is flat U shape hook & fold inside to make the wire handle not easy to come out and not pierce through pail body by squeezing, and make it more stable & firmed. This machine can be perfectly connected with the automatic production line for pails.
