YDT-60 Full-auto ear weld & wire handle combination machine for round cans

The YDT-60 model is a newly designed and industrial aesthetically integrated device by Shinyi company in 2025. This combined equipment integrates ear welding, wire handle inserting and ear inside coating (optional based on needs). It adopts a new column-mounted suspension system, making fault diagnosis simpler and faster, maintenance more convenient, and saving production space. The entire machine uses a servo pushup mechanism, with mechanical paint removal at the ear welding position for more stable and secure welding. Equipped with a black smoke elimination system, it effectively removes residual black welding slag when welding zinc-coating plates. The internal support blocks are made of high-strength silicon nitride material, ensuring rapid welding processes, preventing excessive heating inside the can, and achieving uniform weld points without easy breakdown. The wire handle forms a flat-bottomed U-shaped hook, which folds inward to prevent detachment and avoid puncturing the can wall due to compression. Color sensor is used for positioning, ensuring fixed and directional printing on the can body, unified orientation for finished cans, and better synchronization performance when paired with a motion control system, resulting in more stable production.
