YTZD-T18CK(UN) Full-auto production line for pails & drums with valve
Production Process
Advantages
This machine is primarily designed for the requirements of valve cans and UN curling pails. Featuring a newly developed design process, it enables punching and riveting on the can body, capable of producing valve-equipped pails and drums. The pail top curling includes an additional UN curling process to enhance can top strength. The entire production line employs independent servo systems, allowing users to switch between required can types via the touch screen for convenient adjustment. The line is equipped with a motion control system and independent electrical cabinet, along with cabinet temperature control systems, ensuring more stable operation of the electrical control system.
