Product Introduction
YHZD-50D full-auto production line for 18L square can is a newly developed product by Shinyi Company, with a maximum speed 50CPM. It adopts a newly developed triple-cam panelling to ensure stable and uniform can body panelling, preventing distortion or deformation after forming. The seaming process utilizes a newly developed eight-roller internal and external cam seaming technology, providing effective support for high-speed square can production. The entire line adopts a machine connection design, featuring pure mechanical cam transmission, cam feeding, and cam can holding, with continuously adjustable speed. Combined with a bus motion control system, it not only saves space but also achieves higher synchronization performance. Additionally, it is equipped with a can jam protection device, ensuring a safe, smooth, and rapid production process while maintaining high-quality can body seaming.
